It is the swan kingdom today who greets you from heart to heart and blesses you to find fluidity in life. Many times we observe the humans that may come and look at us in a lake. Although they speak about our beauty, we feel that they observe us from an external point of them and is ok because they can still appreciate. But the ones who come and can be silent they can also feel the sweetness in our swing in the waters and fill themselves with the magic moments of communion. Balancing the external with the internal can bring fluidity in your dream, in your life, and make things easier and sweeter as a result. When you get stuck in some thoughts or events or incidents with others you just don’t live in the present time and you loose much of your consciousness. Flow with fluidity and you will experience freedom. You will fill yourself with sweetness! Grace is to live in the present moment with full consciousness and commune through your heart with every single breath of yours!
Silence your mind and go inside your heart and feel each breath of yours, no control of your breath but just flow with it! …and allow to feel the expansion of inhalation and the contraction of exhalation with no judgment, no control (as you may have become accustomed with yoga or other breathing techniques). Slowly slowly follow your breath in every part of your body and send your consciousness there and breathe.... This is the moment you can start to move your body with gentleness and let it go in any direction and movement like you flow in the waters of a lake…. dance in the rhythm of your inner music and feel, open your heart and feel the sweetness you can have from inside and gracefully you can swing. In that moment you can intent to erase all patterns and mechanized thoughtforms which bring you stagnation in your body and into your life!
This is the swan dance! and we wish to inspire you to move... move your body in another direction, the heart direction... move in your life with fluidity following only Your rhythm and nobody else’s! Move your body out of any mechanized system of dance and mechanized music...LIVE YOUR OWN DANCE AND MUSIC !
This is the point you need nobody else outside of you to teach you how to dance... their dance... their style... it’s You with You... alone but not lonely! Lonely you feel when you don’t live in your home... when you seek outside yourself fulfilment... when you loose the direction towards HOME, towards Your HEART!
Come inside and let yourself to feel your body, your inner movement and dance ...dance, enjoy your swing, Yes! You can do it, it’s You and You can do it! and bless yourself a thousand times and then bless everyone around you, bless...bless...bless! and cry...if it comes, let the tears cleanse the sorrow from your heart so to rejoice again!
