I grew up in South Africa but my home language was Spanish. My parents were old fashioned and very strict, they expected complete obedience and respect. I was still very young when I learnt that what was discussed at home was never to be shared outside of the home. We lived in our own dream, a family of five, speaking a different language to those around us and with different values as well.
From the sixth grade I went to a convent boarding school and there I was taught to keep my opinions and emotions sealed shut; honesty and truthfulness had no role to play, it was all about good manners and politeness. Fear has dogged my footsteps for as long as I can remember. Fear of failure and letting my parents down, fear of saying or doing the wrong thing, fear of nature, fear of the sea. I see now that this fear kept me from connecting to that part of me that is the Tao, it kept me from connecting to the Earth Mother and the Nature Kingdoms. Fortunately through conscious ascension, I now know what tools to use to flush away that which keeps me from my path. It is a step by step process, erasing away all that has been in order to make room for the new.
I met my beloved while still in high school and together we have made our way to different countries. Each move meant getting rid of belongings, and leaving friends and acquaintances behind. This has enabled me to erase my past and not keep looking over my shoulder to what once was or who I once knew.
Now we form a family clan of four with our two children. We are ascending together as a family, trying to learn how to ascend and maintain our individual pace while still honoring the individual and the whole. There is much to be learnt from sharing a household with ascending teenagers, they are especially fond of highlighting the patterns I need to release in order to find the middle path.
I have a deep love of nature and the kingdoms that have expressed themselves in many ways including soap making with the herbs and flowers and natural died silk scarves from many resources of natural colors. My love of nature also extends itself into my healing work where the Turtle and Bear Kingdoms support the work that I do.
Ascension is about looking inward at the patterns that are mirrored unto us in our daily lives. My ascending teenage children along with my spouse provide me with many mirrors that help me to understand and transmute the beliefs that I hold that create the dreams that I experience, and especially those that I do not desire. As I transmute the beliefs that create my undesired life experiences, then I move beyond them and into a gentler and more joyous dreams as well as family life.
I can help you examine the mirrors of your own life experience and the beliefs behind them so that you too may choose to transcend and then create the dreams that bring you greater joy and happiness. If you have children or a spouse that you struggle with, I can look at the patterns within your inner family that may underlie the difficulties within your family, and also assess the beliefs related so that you can choose to self heal and cause a different set of relationships to emerge at home.
